Photos from the Florence Trip

Here are a few photos from the workshop "The Great Masterpieces Through the Eyes of the Artist"
with Robert Liberace, April 9 – 17, 2006

Our warmest thanks to Margaret Cerruti of the Art League for arranging this very special trip.

Demo at the Loggia next to the Palazzo Vecchio

A peek inside one of the local shops. Sure beats a 7-11!

A photo taken by Marjorie. (We just hope this was a painting, and not some man she ran into on the street.)
Actually it is a photo of Ciseri's self portrait.

A view of Florence rooftops from
the Campanile (bell tower).

If you're not interested in art or architecture there are always plenty of other things to do...

.

Celia remarked that her two favorite things about Florence are the gelato and the pigeons.

Ava visiting with a doll her own size at an antique stand.

View of Florence from the Campanile (bell tower)
- a sight worth every one the the 414 steps to the top. And to think that in the U.S. we are required to intall a handrail for any more than two steps!
